Main technical characteristics of transformer winding deformation comprehensive tester
One device, two methods for testing transformer winding deformation: frequency response method and impedance method.
The frequency response method and impedance method are both three-phase automatic tests, which shorten the testing time and are original works both domestically and internationally.
The frequency response method has a fast measurement speed and can measure a single winding within 1-3 minutes.
The frequency response method has very high frequency accuracy, with an accuracy of over one thousandth.
The frequency response method adopts digital frequency synthesis, which has higher frequency stability.
The frequency response method uses 5000V voltage isolation to fully protect the testing computer.
The frequency response method can load 9 curves simultaneously, and the relevant parameters of each curve are automatically calculated to diagnose the deformation of the winding and provide reference conclusions for diagnosis.
The short-circuit impedance method does not require an external power supply, but uses a low-voltage AC 220V power supply from the mains to automatically apply voltage to the AB, BC, and CA high-voltage windings of the transformer, synchronously collect data, and automatically calculate the impedance error percentage. The test results are very intuitive.
The short-circuit impedance method is suitable for impedance testing of transformers of any size and capacity.
During the short-circuit impedance method testing process, the waveform diagrams of the test current and voltage are displayed, which facilitates real-time monitoring of the testing situation.
The instrument has the function of measuring inductance.
The instrument has the function of measuring the zero sequence impedance of transformers.
Using the Windows platform, compatible with Windows 2000/Windows XP/Windows 7/Windows 8.
Using a database to store test data, the management of test data is simple and convenient.
The software management function is powerful, fully considering the needs of on-site use. The measurement data is automatically saved and exported to generate Word version test reports (with corresponding Office software installed) or JPG image reports, making it convenient for users to generate test reports.
The software has a high degree of intelligence, and after the input and output signals are connected, all measurement work can be completed with just one key press.
The software interface is simple and intuitive, with menus for analysis, storage, report export, printing, etc. Only after completing the current step will the required menu for the next step automatically pop up, making it more convenient.
